Good sales performance doesn't happen by accident — there's a clear process behind it. I help owners of companies put their sales, CRM and reps' work in order, so the team performs predictably and results stay stable.
A method that puts your sales in order — from diagnosis to advisory. Diagnosis → System → Performance → Growth.
Every project starts with a diagnosis — it shows where the biggest losses are and what's worth fixing first. Then we agree the scope, I implement the process and CRM, and finally I make sure the results keep growing.

Diagnosis
I find out where and why you're losing sales. You get a report with priorities and a 90-day plan.
02
System
I build the process, CRM, KPIs and a management rhythm — one working standard for the whole team.
03

01 · Sales Diagnostic
You know exactly where you're losing sales and what to fix first.
Analysis of process, CRM, pipeline and forecast
Interviews with leadership, the Sales Manager and reps
Identification of bottlenecks and lost opportunities
Priorities, not general recommendations
Outcome: a report with a process map, list of issues and a 90-day action plan.
Sales Management has run this model since 2026 — the first full Sales System implementations are underway. Instead of embellished case studies, we show exactly what a result looks like and where the numbers we can verify today come from.
What a Sales Management client case study looks like
Before — concrete data from Sales Diagnostic, not generalities
What we did — which Sales System scope, in what time
Result — the same KPIs, measured before and after
We'll fill this in with real data after the first Sales System implementations — no fictional numbers, no invented clients.
Why us
Substance over theory
I work concretely, not in theory — here's what actually sets this collaboration apart.
Systemic, not piecemeal
I combine process, CRM, KPIs and automation into one coherent system — I don't sell separate services to pick from.
Measurable results
I base everything on data: conversion rate, rep activity and forecasts.
I implement, not just advise
I set up the tools and teach the team how to actually use them.
A 90-day plan
After the audit you get a clear action plan, not vague recommendations.
A system that keeps growing
In the retainer model, I keep improving results every month, so the implementation doesn't fade.
Fast start
Advisory gives you a strategic sales partner without a permanent hire.

I started my career at Air France-KLM, then spent the next 12 years at Amadeus building global and regional sales processes, CRM and Revenue Operations. In practice, I bring together three pillars: people, process and tools. I turn chaos into an organized system — from CRM configuration, through working with teams, to strategic presentations for the board.

CRM & data
Better data quality means faster identification of risks and better decisions.
Sales process
Clear stages, criteria and next steps limit lost opportunities.

Typical scenario: on the surface, everything looks fine
The company has a CRM and a sales team. The problem is that the CRM isn't actually a sales management system — nobody keeps it updated, and decisions still get made on gut feel.

What's actually not working

"Don't ask if you have a CRM. Ask if that CRM lets you manage sales."

Pricing section: reworked the "Example company" box into a cause-and-effect narrative ("On the surface, everything looks fine" → "What's actually not working" → "What we change") — at Łukasz's request, based on the structure of an external case study (TeraGo/Lean Bizness) he provided as a model. The outcome metrics from that case study (×3 conversion, forecast 50%→85%) were deliberately NOT carried over — those are another, unrelated company's results, and the Results section on this same page explicitly promises no fictional numbers or invented clients. Kept only the universal closing line ("Don't ask if you have a CRM...") as an unattributed quote. Matches the same fix applied to the Polish page.
About section: added spacing (margin-top:20px) above the certification chips — per feedback that the gap below the list above was too tight. Matches the same fix applied to the Polish page.
Removed the "Verified track record" box from the Results section — per feedback that it duplicated the description next to it (and the numbers already shown in the About section). Left just the "What a Sales Management client case study looks like" card, centered and width-capped (720px) instead of stretching full width after the neighboring column was removed. Matches the same fix applied to the Polish page.
Brought the About section to parity with the Polish page: new intro (RevOps, predictable growth), stats updated to 15+ years of experience (consistent with the JSON-LD Person description, also updated from 20 to 15 years), added the "How can I help your company?" list (Practical RevOps, Process and CRM, Data-driven decisions). This section had fallen behind the Polish page's rewrite. Also fixed the 4 stat tiles looking visually inconsistent with the rest of the page (flat background instead of the gradient used on product/results cards) — same fix applied to the Polish page.
Removed the KPI strip from the hero ("4 stages in the method", "12 yrs Revenue Operations, Amadeus", "99% forecast accuracy (Amadeus)") — per feedback that it didn't clearly communicate value in its current form, and there aren't yet additional verifiable numbers to show alongside "12 yrs" and "99%". Matches the same fix applied to the Polish page.
Copy humanization pass: shorter sentences, fewer marketing declarations, more first-person practitioner voice (hero, Method, Why us, About, Contact, Calculator, Pricing). Offer and pricing meaning unchanged. Matches the same pass applied to the Polish page.
Positioning audit (Analysis Mode): added the ICP to the hero subheading ("For companies with a 5–40 person sales team growing faster than their sales processes"), added a source label to the "99% forecast accuracy" hero stat ("(Amadeus)" — for consistency with the Results section, where this figure is already clearly attributed to experience at Amadeus, not to Sales Management as a company). Matches the same fix applied to the Polish page.
Unified the Sales System price to "custom quote" everywhere on the page (previously the pricing table said "custom quote" while the product card in Products and the FAQ answer still showed the "PLN 29,000–65,000" range — a gap found during the PL/EN audit). Matches the same fix applied to the Polish page.
PL/EN parity audit: added the Google Analytics tag and JSON-LD structured data (Organization/Person/Service/FAQ) that were missing from this page entirely — calculator events (calculator_started, calculator_completed, calculator_cta_clicked) were silently dropped before this fix since gtag was never loaded. Method section: title and the 4 stage names updated to match the Polish page's new phrasing ("Diagnostic → System → Excellence → Advisory" → "Diagnosis → System → Performance → Growth", to avoid clashing with the product names in the section below). Pricing table: Sales System row changed from a price range to "custom quote" to match the Polish page. Added /en to sitemap.xml (previously listed only the Polish homepage).
Implemented UX audit findings: removed the duplicate "See products" button from nav (it was the reason the "Book a consultation" button wrapped onto multiple lines at every desktop width — the container has max-width:1160px, so the problem didn't depend on screen resolution), raised the hamburger-menu threshold from 640px to 1080px as extra headroom. Products section: the 4 product cards were split into their own 4-column grid (fixes empty grid cells and Advisory being visually separated from the other products), each card's price now gets the same gradient treatment used elsewhere on the page, the Sales Diagnostic card got a "start" tag (matching the Method section's pattern), added an "Ask about X →" micro-CTA on every card that pre-fills the contact form's product field, shortened the module chip labels (tool names moved to a caption line below), and reframed the section heading around the client's benefit ("You know exactly what you're paying for and what you get"). Added a visible focus box-shadow on form fields for keyboard accessibility.
Brought the English page to parity with the Polish repositioning: 7 separate services → 4 products (Sales Diagnostic, Sales System, Sales Excellence, Advisory) under the Sales Management Method. New hero, "How we work" replaced by "Method" (#method), "Services" replaced by "Products" (#products) with modules instead of 7 service cards, "Portfolio" replaced by "Results" (#results, removed the duplicate services table). Added the Calculator, About and page-history sections (previously PL-only). Pricing rebuilt into a 4-product comparison table plus a single Sales System price instead of 5 summed line items. Updated the contact form (product dropdown) and fixed the phone number shown (was showing an outdated number).
